Welcome to the introductory episode of unleash it, and new podcast by Lean Ix. We're here today with Claudine Bianchi, CMO at lean I x and the host of the show. How's it going today, Claudine? It's going great. Kelsey, it's okay to see you and hear you. Absolutely. To give everyone a bit more context, my name is Kelsey. Course,...

I'm one of the producers of the show and today we'll be talking about what you, the listener, can expect from this podcast. But before we jump into that, Claudine, tell me a little bit more about yourself. Great Kelsey. So I've been involved in it and technology for the past thirty some odd years, mostly in a marketing capacity, but I've seen a lot of a lot of changes that have been going on. I started back in the Doss world, but don't I hope that doesn't give anyone a hint of how old I am, but I've seen everything from client server to computing, to the rise of the Internet to the cloud computing that we see today, from shadow it to all the different wonderful aspects of technology brings to our everyday lives, but especially in businesses. So I've been working with heads of it CIOS, heads of infrastructure for at least the past twenty five to thirty years and I'm always interested to how their perspectives on what's going on with technology and really where they see it evolving to. I love that. So tell me why you guys wanted to start this podcast. Well, you know, it's funny because I thought the last decade was the decade of the CBO and I...

...think, despite a very rocky start we have into this decade, I really do believe it's the decade of the CIOH. There's a lot of stuff going on that's changing and how technology relates to business, and especially in technology, is not just a must have its actually looking forward to helping drive the business, drive revenues, drive new markets. All of this is being done through technology. So really the IT organization itself is helping companies across the world really help and meet their digital transformation initiatives. Yeah, I feel like that's so true and I love that you reference like it's been a little bit of a rough start to this decade. I hear. I feel like everyone can really relate to that. Tell me a little bit more about lean I x, the sponsor of this podcast. SORT LYNX has been around since two thousand and thirteen and it's really been built by an enterprise architect for enterprise architects. That was the original space that we were in, but Andre Crist who's our CEO and founder, really had an experienced a couple of difficulties in roblocks in his...

...own way of providing enterprise architecture for a company, a very, very large company that he was working for. So He, in a colleague, formed lynx to actually go over those hurtles and I love, I always love those stories that you know from, especially from intropreter nerves, that you know they've had a seat, they've seen a problem in reality and then they go about and fixing it and building the company. So the company's grown. We've been experiencing a hundred percent year over year growth. Like I said, we're actually starting to see a great transition within the it community of being much more project based too, much more product based. So what does this mean? So it used to be that it would put together a crm system or build out an email architecture or, you know, do all these things that were required for the business, but today we're seeing that much more the it groups are pretty much more like software development companies right they actually have to manage not only the existing it infrastructure but really building new programs, new software solutions to help...

...their constituents within the business as well as they're a user customers. So we see this is going on and we see this is a really big destructive movement into the it space and we're just trying to get different people's perspectives of how they're going about addressing this type of transformation. That will be so interesting for your listeners, and you've kind of touched a little bit about what listeners can expect as they tune in stories listening to people. What else can they expect as they're tuning into each episode. So we're looking to have a very vast and diverse group of folks coming in. So not just the CIO, but the heads of architecture, the heads of infrastructure, the cloud architects, the people that are actually making this stuff happen, getting their perspectives on a day to day what's most important to them? Where do they see it going? You know, what are their challenges and how can we best help them? I think it's great means for everyone in the it community to really get a good understanding from all different levels within the it organization and about what's happening joining...

...this digital transformation. Absolutely, and if listeners have ideas for topics, episodes or even guess, what's the best way for them to reach out to you and let you know? Yeah, they should reach out to me directly at my work email, which is Claudine dot beyond he at Lena x Dotnet, and then I'll get back to them as soon as I can. Absolutely, and all of your contact information will be found in episode description, so anyone can check it out there and get the proper spellings and everything. And that actually wraps it up for our introductory episode. Claudine, you'll be taking over the reins for episode one and beyond.
